POLICY REGARDING SHIFTS: No one has ownership of certain shifts (in-times, days, ect.) Shifts are also not guaranteed and are performance based. Performance isn’t just how well you take care of guests but also how you are contributing to the success of the restaurant and the team. Shifts are subjected to change at anytime.

GUESTS WITH FOOD ALLERGIES: It is a VITAL step in our service to ask all guests if they have any food allergies that we should be aware of. Asking is our way of being in service to our guests and showing that we care about serving them the safest meals to them. All allergies are to noted not only on their open table reservation but also on their ticket when ringing in their food. You are then to let a manager know of the guest with the allergy, which will bring out their food items separately from the rest of the tables items.

FOLDS/HOT TOWELS: When preparing these, please check for stains. If they are stained or torn, DO NOT use them. They should either be thrown into linen bag or thrown away if the hot towels are tattered and torn-looking.


CORKAGE FEE: (UPDATED 10/8/22): When a guest brings in a bottle of wine from home, there is NO CORKAGE FEE on THE FIRST BOTTLE.  If the guest brings in more than one bottle, there WILL BE A $30 CHARGE, FOR EACH BOTTLE.

Another incredible meal at Kyle Gs! We have eaten here or a sister restaurant numerous times, and the food and service are always top notch. This evening, Liz took excellent care of us! At Kyle Gs, the food is of the highest quality, and the little things matter. Highly recommend!

This was my first time going, and I must say it was a pleasant experience. Several friends and I went to celebrate 2 of our birthdays. They know how to make you feel special. It started with a birthday card for each birthday person and some paper made flowers which was cute. The waitress, Jaylee, was on point every step of the way. We didn't have to wait long for service or ask for hardly anything. The ambiance was lovely. The food was delicious! My one comment about the food would be to initially bring out more chips with the amazing lobster dip, give a little more of that delicious cucumber salad with the meal, and the spice in my yummy shrimp bowl was a bit too spicy, and I like spice but I was able to counter the spice with the lovely old bay seasoned oyster crackers. The shrimp was fried to perfection, rice was cooked to a T, and as I stated, the cucumber salad plated with my meal was delicious! I will most definitely be back to try the oysters and other things that sounded appealingon the menu. My friends ordered them and could not stop talking about how good they were. Kyle G's Oyster Bar did not disappoint.

We were there with another couple this past Friday night for Happy Hour. We typically sit at a similar table in the restaurant for most visits. ASHLEY was our server. She is absolutely awesome !!! She always has a beautiful smile on her face. engages well with her customers and and is a total delight Am thinking we like sitting in that section as we pretty much know she will make sure that our evening is a special one. We also want to give a shout out to the manager (Lorelei) who made sure I had a twig of rosemary, some babys breath and a flower sitting in my watermelon refresher glass!

Our server Sarah was amazing. She made our dining experience top notch.

Love the food and the ambience! Need some soft music playing tho. Alexa is a great server! We really appreciate her!

We happened upon Kyle G's and are glad we did. Ashley was the best! She made great suggestions and we loved the food. It was Sunday afternoon during happy hour and we shared appetizers among the 4 of us. Definitely recommend this place and I hope we will be back!

Our waitress, Jaylee, was the best! She was very personable, made us feel welcome, made our friend whose birthday it was feel special. I was most impressed that she brought my husband a virgin shot because he wasn’t drinking but allowed him to celebrate with us. I will definitely request her next time we are there
