Flavor Profile - The first scent is light and breezy, inside is home to a beautiful meat that is brimming edge to edge with a gentle brined liquor. The body is lean with a nice mild flavor revealing a silky texture with subtle tones of nuttiness and a crisp clean finish with a hint of sweet saltiness.

Flavor Profile -  Blue Point Oysters have a fresh, crisp, firm texture, with a sweet aftertaste that sparkles with salinity.
