Flavor Profile - A Massachusetts oyster the  meat is pleasantly plump, and creamy.   With layers of brine it has a clean sweet finish.

Flavor Profile -  Blue Point Oysters have a fresh, crisp, firm texture, with a sweet aftertaste that sparkles with salinity.
